ANHELO package: Five sessions orientated to explore your interests, personality, strengths, values, and learning style through interviews and standardized instruments such as the Strong Interest Inventory, the RIASEC codes, and Multiple Intelligences questionnaires.

 PLUS info package:   Add two more sessions to explore programs, compare universities and colleges, and guide your application.

PLUS professional profile package: Learn how to write an effective resume, a strong LinkedIn profile, and a cover letter. 

Social Skills Development

(Neurodivergent Community)

Do you struggle when interacting with others? Are you unsure how much you talk during conversations with peers, share or listen? Do you frequently miss pieces of these conversations, find it difficult to read body language, or misunderstand messages or jokes?

We can identify your needs and help you train those skills, building confidence and improving your interactions with others in your social, academic, and work environments.

These skills are needed for our academic, work, social, and daily life. Unfortunately, they might be affected by many situations and conditions, including but not limited to learning disabilities, neurological and developmental disorders, stress, and trauma.

The executive function coaching is an individualized program based on goal-orientated sessions with a client-driven and culturally competent approach.

Study Methods Acquisition

(6 years old and up children, adolescents, and adults) 

We are all different, which makes us learn in diverse ways. 

​

For example, some find it easier to retain visual information, and others prefer auditory information.

​

Some are faster at writing essays, and others are better at solving math problems. 

​

ANHELO supports your strengths and needs and helps you develop study methods and use assistive technology, if necessary, based on that individual learning style.
